Simply put, restorationism is the approach to Christianity that seeks to compare accepted doctrines and practices against the bible to see if they are valid. Our intention is to recover authentic New Testament Christianity and live it out today. We hold God’s inspired scriptures above traditions, creeds, and clergy. The time is ripe for us to reach over denominational lines and dialogue with each other about our differences in a respectful and constructive manner. We are restorationists and this is our manifesto.

I enjoyed this lecture very much Sean. You put some nice research and effort into it. I think you’re on fire ( in the good way) and on track to discovering more helpful information from the early Church. I now have a request. Regarding a statement from your opening “The time is ripe for us to reach over denominational lines and dialogue with each other about our differences in a respectful and constructive manner.” I couldn’t agree more, and perhaps you will be willing to interview me again sometime in the future on a topic that I’ve been studying for a while and am currently working on my written research. It is a conversation that I want to have and I believe Restitutio would be a great place to have it. Again, great job Sean!
