Before we can understand how textual scholars do their work today, it’s important to understand the history of how they have endeavored to reconstruct the Greek New Testament over the years. In this episode you’ll learn about the rich and important history of how our understanding of the Greek New Testament changed over the last five hundred years. This history is vital for you to understand why older translations are often based on younger manuscripts–a key paradox we’ll return to in future sessions.

‘Restitutio’ is an outstanding site. You’re doing fine job, Sean. Keep up your important work, and God bless you.
Sean,
Here is a new claim to have found early manuscripts of the Hebrew New Testament, particularly Matthew, partly in the Vatican Library. The links below are research notes, and a PDF excerpt showing some of the history and provenance of these manuscripts. Dr. Jones has also been doing a 6 part series on his discoveries on https://aroodawakening.tv/ called “Guardians of the Hebrew Gospels.”

Most significant to me was reading of Jn 1:1 I never saw before.
